All Mayfield Creamery wants for its 100th birthday is to give back to YOU and the community! We’re throwing a birthday bash, and everyone is invited. There will be scoops on scoops of fun, with free ice cream, community donation, and more.
the ask
Mayfield came to us to help them boost affinity for their ice cream over other competitors while remaining true to their decades long community-focused values. They wanted us to help them keep a good thing going in celebration of Mayfield Creamery’s 100th Birthday by driving local engagement and increasing sales in one key market (Atlanta, GA) and one emerging market (Birmingham, AL) through a multi-channel campaign.

the approach
We launched a summer of celebration for Mayfield Creamery’s 100th Birthday! Taking the party on the road, we encouraged local communities to gather around the good stuff, with stops at a Big Bright Birthday Bash at Piedmont Park, Atlanta Braves games, and key retailers. And in the birthday spirit, Mayfield donated $10k to The Birthday Party Project, strengthening their commitment to giving back to local communities. We also got local radio stations, influencers, summer gift-away promotions, and a team of brand ambassadors to spread more of what’s good and celebrate Mayfield Ice Cream’s Big Year.
