As PepsiCo created retro packaging for a variety of products exclusively for Kroger shoppers, we were tasked with getting the word out about these limited-edition looks in a single coherent 360° campaign over a six-month span targeted at young Millennial and Gen-Z shoppers.

the approach 

Don’t touch that dial—The Classic Taste Network is here with all your classic faves! By tapping into the nostalgia of home shopping networks, we were able to create a digital campaign from an analog era that made these classic designs look right at home, complete with Vana White hands, old school graphics, and totally retro visual and sound effects.

the results 

  • Targeted sponsor ads earned millions of impressions and engagement on Facebook and Instagram
  • Ignited sales of retro bags and cans at Kroger
  • Secured future partnership with PepsiCo Retro products and Kroger
